Course Description
The purpose of this course is to discuss the widely accepted vernacular, Indica and Sativa, and uncover the truth behind these terms. Many members of the cannabis community use Indica and Sativa to define the predicted experience from a cannabis variety. Can the Indica and Sativa classification help users better predict the experience they may feel from cannabis? Or are the effects associated with Indica and Sativa a myth?
This course will answer these questions and more as we explore the etymology of Indica and Sativa, the history of cannabis, the accuracy of strain names, and how to truly best predict experience for cannabis consumers. Through video lectures and visual aids, this course not only discusses Indica and Sativa, but also provides a look at the history of cannabis and the etymology behind cannabis vernacular.
